Sheikh Tijjani is a example of such.
he has been a source that produced:
*Africas biggest islamic movement,
*Africas widest islamic jihad
*African highest number of scholars,
*Africas Highest number of Sufi followers- about 100 million and
*From Him rose the Africas most peaceful set of human.
drawing people closer to Allah has been his greatest achievement, his only motive with the creation of Allah is how to move them closer to their creator, make them contemplate Allahs greatness in every moment,

SIDI AHMAD ATTIJJANI are:
1- Sidi aliyu Harazimi Baradah:- He is usually called al’arif, for he was indeed well knowledgable of God, Sheikh Tijjani was on his spiritual journey when he arrived in a city called wajdah in a market where he first met Sheikh aliyu Harazimi, they have never met but he could outrightly realised who he was, was doing his market activity, sheikh tijjani called his complete name, Sidi aliyu was so surprised, Anyways what happened happened, he is the one that wrote jawahirul ma’ani and compiled in it what he understood And heard from Sheikh tijjani. He died on his way going to madina to visit the best of creation, and he got in a high spiritual state for the love of Rasulullah that ultimately cost him his life. He was buried where the people of badar were buried, and he is said to be the only door by which you will get anything from Sheikh tijjani. many countries got to have the wird only through Him and His life purpose was calling people to Allah, Khalifatul Akbar Radiyallahu anhu.
2- Sidi aliyu Tamasini: who was known for his piety at an early age, he was trained by his father in different islamic sciences, sheikh tijjani trust him so much that made him the imam of zawiyya, sheikh doesn’t lead prayer, his disciple lead. He asked Sheikh Aliyu Tamasini to take care of his children in the desert, for only the desert is good for them. the first khalifa of Sheikh Tijjani, originally from Algeria, his mosque and his school is sill among the most important centre of learning in Algeria. He is said to have very few or no friends since when he was a little boy, he likes khalwa alot and visiting the dead Sheikh Tijjani said about him “is there anyone like Tamasini”
3- Sheikh Muhammadul Ghali: the special one, he was so dear to sheikh tijjani and he said to be very much steadfast in Ibadan, and awarad, he was once praying and his daughter fall down from a roof infront of him and he did not notice so consumed by the presence of his Lord. he died in makka and was blessed to be buried in the same graveyard that the grandmother of the Shurafa Sayyada khadija was buried, year 1829. Sheikh Tijjani categorically choose him to pray over his body when he died, as if he knew he would die before him. He died in 1244H
It is enough a greatness to know that he is the opening of the widest and the greatest west African jihad for he was the Sheikh of Umarul Futi. After sheikh tijjani died he went out for a journey to call people to Allah, and to put as many on the path Tariqa.
4- Sheikul islam Ibrahim Rayahi: he is called Sheikh islam for a reason, sheikh Ibrahim Niass said about him “if it is just Him, the tijjani people have in their Tariqa, it is enough to follow that path” he is an Ambasador in Tunisia, he is an imam in th Zaytuna university the
oldest centre of islamic learning in North Africa a Maliki ocean of knowledge written so many books in different field. He was an enlightened mufti, a dedicated and innovative teacher and an accomplished poet. He also discretely cultivated a profound spirituality throughout his life, and was the man who introduced the Tariqa Tijaniyya in Tunisia. At some point he visited sheikh tijjani in fez, he even wrote a book about him and his steadfastness on sunnah and vast knowledge . He wrote a manzoomah in Nahw, expert in tafsir and Hadith, he was a student of sidi Ali harazimi Baradah, he accepted his wird and tarbiya from him, he has many teachers in different field, umar bn Qasim almahjoob, Ismail tamiymiy, tahir bn massud, he died 1850. He is said to have met his sheikh imam shadihili in a dream and ask him to accept the tijjaniya wird, and his sheikh sidi mashish also accepted from sidi aliyu harazimi. He said about sheikh tijjani “I have never seen anyone whose qiyam and whose sujud lasted longer than sheikh tijjani” He is Vast, talking about him can take days
Muhammad Alarabi Alsa’ih: He was a renowned nineteenth-century Moroccan scholar of Hadīth, Fiqh, Tasawwuf and Arabic poetry. He studied under numerous teacher and was given the Tariqa by Sidi Ali Tamasini. His lineage can be trace back to Sayyidna Umar Alfarouq,
his zawiyya is in Rabat Morocco, he has numerous books in different fi
eld, and he authored the famous book Albugyatul mustafid, He is one of the few that mastered the works of Ibn Arabi alkhatimi
Sidi alArabi bin al-Sa'ih passed away in 1892 in Rabāt, where he used to live, and where his blessed Tomb and Zawiya remain. May Allah sanctify his Secret.
His trusted friend, the saintly scholar and poet, Sidi Muhammd Balaminu al-Rabati wrote about him: I traveled the lands of the East and the West (in vain)
